Ask for Help

What drives that pattern of destructive behavior? No matter how much you will and you try, you just cannot seem to get out of it. Building endless cycles of regret…

It gets better for a while and you think that you are making progress but then the triggers are fired and you find yourself back in that same position.

So difficult to even see or recognize the patterns or identify the triggers before they are fired. So afraid to even take the time to think properly through those behaviors and why you cannot help yourself.

Just a simple ask. You need to sit down. You cannot help yourself! You have tried so many times.

Ask for help! Not just that, ask for the right kind of help. You need it! It is foolish to think that you can do without it and get by on your own. No, you cannot. You have tried many times and ended up in the same place, as though you never tried.

Tell yourself the truth. You need help!

No shame in asking. Never mind the voices in your head that play the shame game.

Ask for help! Ask for the right help! Ask before it becomes too late; before you do something irreparable.

There is hope. You can find the peace you need in your soul. You can break the chains of destructive patterns. You can live life to its fullest, pleasant and enjoyable.

There is help! Really great help! Help that truly helps! Help that comes from a place of amazing love! Reach out for it. It is waiting for you. Reach out, He is waiting for you!
